Dr Suzi Chen
Founder & Editor-in-Chief
From a medical research lab to the United Nations, Dr Suzi Chen has walked a non-traditional career path.
As an impact strategist, Suzi founded a purpose-driven brand, Mighty Impression that makes and sells artisan soaps and skincare products to support life-changing causes.
As a business owner, Suzi manages 2 Melbourne-based boutique consultancies: Notonos (strategy consulting focusing on building business resilience) and Saltbox Building Solutions (a top-notch building consultancy).
During her spare time, Suzi supports early to mid-career professionals in build a meaningful career by developing their self-leadership and their social impact potential.

Huong Luu
Assistant Editor
Based in Naarm (Melbourne), Australia, Huong Luu serves as Assistant Editor at Resilient Leadership Academy.
Huong has extensive volunteering experience and is very passionate about investing in youth leadership.
Huong believes that media communication can make the world a better place if used responsibly and inclusively. This belief drives all of her works as a marketer, blogger and video-maker.
Currently in the final year of her study, Huong is completing a Bachelor of Media Communication at Monash University.
